Nidya Hotel Galataport

It was a great experience for me. I would like to thank Baykal and Sude, who made my atay unforgettable. They are very friendly and hospitality. My friend Baykal is a very funny person we had long conversations every evening. He made jokes that made me laugh a lot. Sude doesnt need to do anthing it was enough for her to meet you whit her smiling face when I entered the door. Also locatin was very good. But what makes a hotel of high quality is the staff. So I wanna thank my friens Baykal and Sude. This hotel is my second home in Istanbul. I will definitely come back .

Excellent stay. Big rooms, great location ,lively area of Galataport in the evening.Without a doubt the best location to stay due to walking distance to best restaurants at Galataport while also being a nice quiet area to sleep in. We liked everything but what made our stay unforgettable was the staff: big thanks to Baykal ,he was extremely welcoming and friendly also his colleague Sude in the reception . They attended to anything we needed no matter how small the request. Absolutely fantastic stay! The cleaning staff was very friendly too. Thank you!

Mr. Baykal and Ms. Sude are valuable assets to the team. They ensured that I felt welcomed and comfortable upon my late arrival. Mr. Baykal had my room prepared as per my prior communication with the hotel, which was promptly addressed. The room was satisfactory, and the housekeeping staff, particularly the housekeeping lady, demonstrated thoroughness in their duties. Excellent customer service distinguishes a good hotel from a great one, and both Mr. Baykal and Ms. Sude exemplified this. The hotel's location is highly advantageous, and I intend to return in the future.

Great location just opposite Galataport in the city center and walkable distance to Taksim. The staff at the reception were very welcoming and friendly, in particular Recep, Eyup and Sadik who helped make our stay very comfortable. The breakfast range was good, and the hotel offers a very convinient transport arrangement from and to the airport and at reasonable price. Overall, staying at this hotel was an excellent experience and will be my choice next time Im in Istanbul.

Booking a family suite at this hotel was a fantastic choice! The staff, especially Ayub and Ramazan, were incredibly accommodating and made our stay memorable. The hotel's prime location facing Galata port provided breathtaking views, adding to the overall experience. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family.
